Tiffany Stratton Helps Chelsea Green Win

Nia Jax suffers costly SmackDown upset

Summary

– Tiffany Stratton helped Chelsea Green defeat Nia Jax after striking Jax with the title

– Chelsea Green returned to action and nearly pulled off the upset with several smart counters

– The referee missed Stratton’s interference while dealing with Lash Legend at ringside

Chelsea Green returned to SmackDown and scored a major upset over Nia Jax with help from Tiffany Stratton.

Nia started the match by overpowering Chelsea, throwing her across the ring and cutting off her early attempts to escape danger. Chelsea tried to create space, but Nia’s size and strength made every comeback difficult.

Chelsea still found openings. She caught Nia with a Zigzag, sent her shoulder-first into the post, and followed with a missile dropkick. Each move gave Chelsea more confidence as the match shifted away from a one-sided fight.

Chelsea then looked for bigger offense, including the Rough Ryder and Unprettier. Nia survived those moments and answered with a Samoan drop after Chelsea was briefly distracted by Lash Legend.

As Nia dragged Chelsea into position for the Annihilator, Tiffany Stratton’s music hit. The distraction pulled attention toward the entrance, while Lash Legend also kept the referee busy.

Tiffany then struck Nia Jax with the championship behind the referee’s back. Chelsea took advantage right away and covered Nia for the three-count.

The win gave Chelsea Green a shocking return victory, but Tiffany Stratton was the clear difference-maker. Nia Jax was left stunned after a match that slipped away because of one perfectly timed assist.
