We are live on tape from Orlando, Florida and your announcers are Byron ‘The First to Stand with the Funkettes’ Saxton and Jim ‘The Voice of Wrestling’ Ross.
Match Number One: Seth Rollins versus Jiro
Jiro works on the wrist but Rollins reverses and sends Jiro to the mat. Jiro has a kick blocked and Rollins with a back leg trip. Jiro with a chop and Rollins wants more. Rollins with chops of his own. Jiro with a kick but Rollins with clotheslines and a running drop kick. Rollins with an enzuigiri and then Rollins sets for the running forearm into the corner and he hits it. Rollins with a back heel kick and the Black Out for the three count.
Winner: Seth Rollins
Briley Pierce interviews Seth after his match and he introduces himself. He says that he comes here to rip the roots out of the ground, the clouds out of the sky, and change the world.
Jinder Mahal’s music plays and he walks past Rollins and does not appear impressed with Seth.
We go to commercial.
We are back and before the next match, Jinder addresses the crowd and he says that NXT will be molded in his vision. Everyone will become subservient to his greatness and reign of dominance.
Match Number Two: Jinder Mahal versus Jason Jordan
They lock up and Mahal backs Jordan into the ropes and Mahal with knees to the midsection followed by a forearm. Mahal with kicks in the corner. Mahal with more knees and forearms followed by a neck breaker. Mahal gets a near fall. Jordan crawls towards the ropes and Mahal chokes Jason in the ropes. Mahal with a back heel trip and then he uses the ropes for extra leverage on a series of knee drops.
Mahal gets a near fall. Mahal with a quarter nelson and chin lock on Jordan. Jordan punches Mahal but Jinder with a knee and back elbow. Mahal with a knee to the head and then he hits a butterfly suplex for a near fall. Mahal misses a leaping knee drop and Jordan punches Mahal.
Jinder blocks a drop kick and Mahal with a series of knees to the head and hits a high knee to the head and then Mahal signals for the camel clutch and he applies it. Jordan taps out.
Winner: Jinder Mahal
After the match, Mahal addresses the crowd and speaks in Punjabi. He says that he will personally mold NXT in his vision and they will witness a new wind of dominance blowing through the WWE.
We have a video package for Leo Kruger. He mentions that he is from Southern Africa. He says that he has been gifted with all of the attributes necessary to be on top. He says that a lion in the king of the jungle. He says that he is the Alpha Male Lion in the WWE. He says that he is an icon in Africa. He is treated as a god in Africa. He is going to prove to everyone that he is an icon.
We go to commercial.
Match Number Three: Leo Kruger versus Aiden English
Kruger with a kick and knee to the head. English with a drop kick but Kruger pushes a second one away. Kruger punches English and the referee warns him. Kruger with an Irish whip into the corner followed by a clothesline into the corner. Kruger chokes English with his boots.
Kruger with a suplex and then he poses for the fans before hitting an elbow drop. Kruger with a sleeper and he adds a body scissors and English taps out.
Winner: Leo Kruger
We go to a video package for Richie Steamboat and we see footage from his father pointing him out in the crowd when he was inducted into the Hall of Fame.
We are back with a profile on Richie Steamboat. He talks about how people asked him how he will be able to live up to Hall of Famer Ricky ‘The Dragon’ Steamboat. He is not trying to fill his father’s shoes, he is trying to fill his own.
He is going to bring his own flavor to the Steamboat name. He wants to take it to a new level. He wants the people to make their own assumption of him in the ring. They will know the name, but he wants to go deeper. They will see who Richie Steamboat is.
We have a new announce team for the rest of the show. Replacing Byron Saxton at Jim Ross’ side are William Regal and Chris Russo.
Match Number Four: The Usos versus Conor O’Brian and Kenneth Cameron
Kenneth and Jimmy start things off but Kenneth with a kick and he makes the mistake of trying to head butt Jimmy but Jimmy feels nothing and he head butts Cameron. Jey tags in and they hit a double back elbow and double elbow drop. Jey gets a near fall. Jey with a slam and he hits a diving head butt and gets a near fall. Cameron with a kick to the chest.
Jimmy is drawn in and O’Brian pulls the ropes open and Jey goes to the floor on an Irish whip. Conor tags in and sends Jey into the arpon. Conor with elbow drops to Jey. Conor with an Irish whip and kicks. Kenneth tags in and kicks Jey. Conor tags in and does the same. They continue the pattern with quick tags after a series of kicks and Conor gets a near fall.
Conor with a key lock. Jey with a spinning flying forearm and both men are down. Kenneth and Jimmy tag in ad Jimmy with a clothesline or two. Jimmy with an alley oop Samoan drop and then he hits the running butt splash into the corner. Jimmy gets a near fall but Conor breaks it up.
Conor sends Jey to the floor but Jey pulls Conor to the floora s well. Jimmy tries for a slam. Conor tags in Kenneth and Conor hit Downcast for the three count.
Winners: Kenneth Cameron and Conor O’Brian
We go to commercial.
We are back and Byron Saxton is back at the announce table with Jim Ross.
Match Number Five: Richie Steamboat versus Rick Victor
They lock up and Steamboat with a waist lock. He takes Victor to the mat and applies a front face lock but Victor with a hammer lock. Steamboat with a side head lock and Victor tries to escape the hold but Steamboat holds on. Steamboat with a few arm drags into an arm bar. Richie with a key lock.
Victor with an arm drag but Steamboat holds on to the arm bar. Victor with a slam but Steamboat holds on to the arm bar. Steamboat with a leg drop to the arm. Steamboat with a kick to the back. Steamboat with chops in the corner and around the ring. Steamboat with forearms but Victor with a knee.
Steamboat sends Victor into the turnbuckles and snap mares Victor and hits a sliding clothesine for a near fall. Steamboat returns to the key lock. Victor with shoulders in the corner followed by a series of Canadian Lifters.
Steamboat with a float over in the corner followed by a chop and arm drag into an arm bar. Victor tries for a slam but Richie escapes it. Steamboat with a cross body and running forearms. Steamboat with a clothesline followed by a running back elbow into the corner. Steamboat with a series of elbows in the corner followed by a wrap around clothesline for the three count.
Winner: Richie Steamboat
After the match, Richie celebrates his victory with his father who was sitting in the front row.

We are back with the Raw Rebound.
Match Number Six: Antonio Cesaro with Aksana versus Dante Dash
Cesaro with a waist lock take down and he rubs Dash’s face in the mat. Cesaro with a deadlift side salto suplex. Cesaro with a kick to the back and he works on Dash’s neck. Dash with punches and a forearm but Cesaro with a punch and European uppercut. Cesaro runs Dash into the corner and hits a European uppercut followed by forearms and a running boot to the head.
Cesaro with a spinebuster and then he adjusts his neck before applying the Gotch Style Neutralizer for the three count.
Winner: Antonio Cesaro
We go to commercial.
Match Number Seven: Derrick Bateman versus Johnny Curtis
Curtis slaps Bateman in the face and runs out of the ring. Bateman follows after Curtis but Curtis tries for a knee drop when he returns to the ring but Bateman stays on the floor. Bateman with a drop kick and then he sends Curtis into the turnbuckles. Derrick returns the favor and slaps Curtis. Bateman with a hard Irish whip and he gets a near fall.
Bateman with an Irish whip but he misses a running knee into the corner. Curtis with a dragon screw leg whip and then he works on the knee. Curtis stomps on the lower leg and then he hits a spinning leg drop into a form of an Indian Death Lock and he gets a near fall as he applies the pressure to the knee.
Bateman with chops to Curtis and he finally gets out of the hold. Curtis with a step over toe hold. He tries again and Bateman sends Curtis into the turnbuckles. Bateman with clotheslines and an STO but both men are down. Curtis kicks Bateman in the injured knee and then he tries for a Dragon Screw Leg Whip but Bateman escapes and hits the DDD for the three count.
Winner: Derrick Bateman
