CM Punk Interview: Royal Rumble Plans, the UFC Appearance and More
WWE Champion cm punk recently spoke with Ariel Helwani of MMAFighting.com going into this weekend's Royal Rumble pay-per-view. The video can be seen here and highlights are below:
* Punk says he removed himself from appearing at the UFC event with Chael Sonnen in Chicago this weekend and didn't want to overshadow the main event.
* Punk says he would like to maybe give MMA a try.
* He says he will not be in the 30-man Royal Rumble match but put over Dolph Ziggler and says he is looking forward to making that match more entertaining than the Rumble.
* Punk joked about rumors of Chris Jericho, Triple H and The undertaker being WrestleMania 28 opponents.
