UFC Owners Endeavor Not Interested In WWE

Published on

In a recent earnings call, Ari Emanuel, the CEO of Endeavor, weighed in on the rumors of his company’s potential purchase of the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). While he acknowledged the WWE’s value as an “unbelievable product” with a great business model created by Vince McMahon, he made it clear that Endeavor was not interested in anything that would change its leverage position.

Despite the reported $9 billion price tag on the WWE, Emanuel’s statement suggests that Endeavor may not be willing to invest in the wrestling giant. However, given their longstanding relationship with the WWE and their current business dealings, it’s clear that Endeavor will remain a significant player in the sports and entertainment industry. As for the WWE, the question remains about who will step up and invest in the popular wrestling promotion.
