– Valkyria accused Becky Lynch of using and abandoning her
– Valkyria promised to defeat Lynch at Backlash to honor both herself and Bayley
Lyra Valkyria is speaking out after the shocking betrayal by Becky Lynch—and she’s not holding anything back.
Following the April 28 episode of WWE Raw, Valkyria opened up in a backstage interview posted by WWE. She admitted she had once looked up to Becky Lynch but now sees her as nothing more than a “backstabbing, throat-cutting liar.” Valkyria revealed that Lynch’s attack on Bayley at WrestleMania 41 shattered not only Bayley’s dream but her own.
Valkyria said that even during their time in NXT, Lynch made her feel special, calling her a beacon of hope. That admiration blinded Valkyria to Lynch’s pattern of using people and abandoning them once they had served their purpose.
Addressing Bayley directly, Valkyria admitted that Bayley had been ignoring her texts. Still, she apologized and promised that her match against Lynch at Backlash would be more than a title defense—it would be personal revenge.
“Bayley, if you’re watching this, you don’t have to answer my texts,” Valkyria said. “Just know that I am truly sorry. And at Backlash, I’m going to beat Becky for both of us.”
Bayley has not appeared on WWE television since the attack, leaving fans wondering when she might return—and whether she’ll get her shot at revenge against Lynch.
