AMC has released a new batch of photos and character reveals for Season 2 of The Walking Dead: Dead City, giving fans a preview of the chaos. Picking up six months after Season 1, the new season places Maggie and Negan on opposite sides of a growing war for control of New York City.
Familiar characters like Perlie Armstrong (Gaius Charles), the Croat (Željko Ivanek), and the orphan Ginny (Mahina Napoleon) return. Joining the fray is Lisa Emery’s Dama, who now aligns with Negan, and Jasmin Walker, whose character has been revealed as Governor Charlie Byrd of New Babylon.
New cast members include Dascha Polanco as Narvaez, Keir Gilchrist as the scribe Pierce, Anthony Molinari as Lt. Houseman, and Kim Coates as Bruegel, a powerful gang leader. First-look images also tease major confrontations, including a troubling scene of Ginny fighting walkers in a fenced area with Armstrong lurking nearby.
With Maggie defending the Bricks and Negan caught in an alliance with the Dama and Croat, Dead City Season 2 promises a brutal power struggle and deeper character conflict.
