Listed at nearly $6 million last September, the 2,600-square-foot penthouse blends pre-war loft elements with sleek modernism. It features floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed timber beams, a wood-burning fireplace, and an expansive outdoor terrace. The beams are a remnant of the building’s past life as a horse stable.
Reedus, currently filming The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon’s upcoming seasons across Europe has been steadily offloading properties.
