Gail Kim’s departure is especially significant, given her status as a cornerstone of the Knockouts Division both in the ring and in a backstage role as a producer. Her exit is expected to have a noticeable impact on the direction of TNA’s women’s division moving forward.
Rob Kligman, a key player in TNA’s marketing and business development strategies, also leaves at a pivotal time for the brand. Ariel Shnerner, who contributed to internal operations, and Michael Shewchenko, who worked on strategic planning, round out the list of high-level names stepping away.
These latest exits follow the earlier departure of TNA President Anthony Cicione, who had only taken the role in February 2024. In addition, Josh Mathews and Christy Hemme—both familiar faces and long-standing backstage contributors—left the company in recent months. Mathews served in production and digital media, while Hemme led the company’s social platforms.
