Mandy Sacs, formerly known to WWE fans as Mandy Rose, is living life on her terms—and not looking back unless the offer makes sense. In an exclusive sit-down ahead of WrestleMania weekend, the former NXT Women’s Champion opened up about her transition from the ring to business, the possibility of a WWE return, and the grind that shaped her into a confident powerhouse in and out of wrestling.

Currently hosting events in Las Vegas and connecting with fans through appearances and paid content platforms, Mandy admits she misses the adrenaline of live crowds. “Of course I have FOMO,” she said of attending WrestleMania without being on the card. “That rush is unmatched. But I’m in a great place where I can meet fans, stay injury-free, and keep 100% of what I earn.”

Reflecting on the abrupt end of her WWE run, Mandy revealed that her release had come without a direct conversation. Still, she holds no grudges—only a business perspective. “I’d take the call from Triple H,” she said. “But it has to make sense financially. I’ve built something on my own now. I don’t need to be on the road full-time.”

As for a rumored WrestleMania 35 title shot that never happened? Mandy doesn’t dwell on it. “Everything changes overnight in WWE. I never believed anything until it actually happened.” She credited her confidence to her early days of bartending, bodybuilding, and learning to command a room long before she ever hit the ring.

Asked which matches she’s most excited about this year, Mandy pointed to Cody Rhodes vs. John Cena and Tiffany Stratton vs. Charlotte Flair. She also praised rising stars like Cora Jade, Lash Legend, and Sol Ruka, cautioning that everyone cannot handle the leap from NXT to the main roster.

Mandy didn’t shy away from calling out industry double standards. “There’s still a gap between how men and women are treated with branding,” she said. “Why wouldn’t you want your superstars to grow their names and bring more attention to your brand?”

She also touched on working with fellow former WWE stars like Dana Brooke and Lacey Evans on content projects and laughed about the oddest fan request she’s received: being choked with her thighs. “People are wild,” she said, smiling.

While she’s open to acting and other future ventures, Mandy is focused on financial, personal, and creative freedom. “I have two homes, I travel when I want, and I’m close to my family. That’s everything to me right now.”
