City pushes for WWE and UFC return with multi-event deal centered on Camping World Stadium

Orlando is going all-in on professional wrestling and MMA, setting the stage for a potential return of WWE and UFC in a massive way. The Orange County Commission has officially approved nearly $30 million in tourist development tax incentives, with $18 million earmarked to help the Greater Orlando Sports Commission land four future WWE and UFC events—most notably WrestleMania 2031.
If the deal goes through, WrestleMania 2031 will take place over two nights in April at Camping World Stadium, with Raw, SmackDown, and additional shows held at the Kia Center throughout WrestleMania Week. The city also aims to host Royal Rumble in 2028, a UFC pay-per-view in 2027, and Survivor Series or Saturday Night’s Main Event in 2026.
Jason Siegel, President and CEO of the Greater Orlando Sports Commission, confirmed ongoing talks with WWE and UFC and revealed that the deal could include 10 to 12 total events split between the city’s two main venues. Siegel also noted that WWE is in conversation with about two dozen other cities for future shows.
Orlando has previously hosted WrestleMania XXIV and WrestleMania 33 at Camping World Stadium and aims to make 2031 its biggest wrestling week yet.
