Ronda Rousey Shares Her Training Regimen Despite Right Knee Injuries

Ronda Rousey’s impressive in-ring skills are known to fans worldwide, thanks to her background in MMA. The former UFC fighter has been a dominant force in WWE, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake. However, Rousey has recently opened up about knee issues that have impacted her training routine.

In a recent social media post, Rousey shared her experience of training without ACL or cartilage in her right knee. She revealed that she’s been using a new support system, the TS-01, to maintain stability while training.

Rousey recounted a childhood memory of her mother insisting on her doing push-ups merely two weeks after undergoing ACL reconstruction surgery. Instead of coddling her, her mother’s strict approach instilled in Rousey a determination to confront obstacles directly and avoid self-pity.

Despite her recent injuries, Rousey remains determined to work a match at WrestleMania 39. In a recent Instagram video, she revealed that she had fractured her elbow after slapping the mat in Rockford, Illinois. However, the Baddest Woman on the Planet is not one to sit on the sidelines and watch the show. Instead, she’s focused on recovery and getting back into top physical condition.

Fans will have to wait and see how long Rousey’s recovery will take, but her determination to compete at WrestleMania 39 is a testament to her strength and resilience.
